Every business has work that shouldn't be done by a person. My job is to find it, automate it, and give those hours back to the people who can do something better with them.
AI has a credibility problem in the mid-market. Owners hear that it's expensive, complicated, and risky — usually because they've been sold a model instead of a solution. Nehal Azhar is Co-Founder and CTO of Skyfall Labs, where he leads the company's AI, automation, and integration practice. He has spent seven years building scalable web applications, automating business workflows, and shipping AI-driven systems for clients internationally.
His technical range spans React.js and Next.js on the front end through to low-code automation platforms like Zapier and Make.com, with a specialism in voice and text-based AI assistants that handle customer engagement at the front line. He is a Voiceflow Certified Expert and a member of the Voiceflow Partner Program.
Before co-founding Skyfall Labs he spent nearly four years at Zenith Innovations as Lead Frontend Developer and then Senior CRM & Automations Consultant, and built an independent consulting practice that reached Top Rated status on Upwork across 100+ client engagements.
